women-health-abortion-medicationMADISON, WI – Reporting prior to the Thanksgiving holiday from Fox 11 WLUK and 27 WKOW highlighted Senate Democrats’ continued efforts to fight back against Wisconsin Republicans’ attempts to restrict women’s right to access safe and effective medical treatment. Sen. Andre Jacque (R-De Pere) proposed a bill that would require women using medication for abortion or miscarriage to collect and return the resulting biological tissue to a medical facility. The bill also proposes holding doctors criminally liable if they do not enforce this requirement by providing "catch-kits" to patients.
