biden-superior-visit-2022MADISON, Wis. — This week, the U.S. Department of Transportation announced over $1.05 billion for the replacement of the Blatnik Bridge which connects Superior to Duluth, allowing easy travel between Wisconsin and Minnesota. Despite having voted against funding to revitalize and increase the safety of the bridge, Tom Tiffany released a statement touting the funding awarded under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act signed into law by President Joe Biden in January 2024.

tom-tiffany“Tom Tiffany voted against crucial funding for the Blatnik Bridge but then released a statement this week touting the funding as if he had anything to do with it,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson Emily Stuckey. “Tiffany is a typical D.C. politician—taking credit for things he didn’t do and expecting voters not to notice.”
