MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today that he is seeking applicants for appointment as coroner in Price County. The appointment will fill the vacancy created by James D. Dalbesio III, who passed away on Feb. 10, 2026. Mr. Dalbesio served as Price County Coroner since June 1992. The new coroner will serve for the remainder of the unexpired term that ends on Jan. 4, 2027.
