GREEN BAY, WI – Surrounded by family, friends, and local elected leaders on the steps of the Brown County Courthouse, Assistant District Attorney Ryan Spaude launched his campaign for state assembly on Saturday morning. “I’m running because I know there are way too many families in the Green Bay area who are hurting. Yes the stock market is going up, and yes inflation is coming down. But there are still way too many people around here who are struggling.” Spaude’s priorities include holding the line on taxes for the middle class, investing more money in our public schools, raising the minimum wage, fully funding the Child Care Counts Program, and finally expanding Medicaid in Wisconsin. “We can do so much to help working families, if we elect new leadership down in Madison.” Ryan Spaude is an Assistant District Attorney for Brown County. His personal focus is on prosecuting drunk drivers. He earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He’s a proud Democrat who cares about this community, its safety, and its future. Assembly District 89 covers the west side of Green Bay and Ashwaubenon. |
