LA CROSSE, WI – Senate Democratic Leader Jennifer Shilling (D-La Crosse) released the following statement after Gov.-elect Tony Evers announced Brad Pfaff as Secretary for the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP):

Brad has extensive knowledge in agriculture policy and management and his experience will be a valuable asset to preserve Wisconsin’s agricultural heritage. I look forward to working with Brad and Gov.-elect Evers to expand economic opportunities, ensure fair access to markets and support our farming communities.”
