MADISON, Wis. — TODAY, State Senate candidates Jamie Wall and Andi Rich will be joined in Green Bay by Joint Finance Committee member Sen. LaTonya Johnson and State Rep. Lori Palmeri to speak out on the obstruction of $125 million in already-approved funding to address PFAS contamination by Sen. Eric Wimberger and Republicans on the Joint Finance Committee.

Johnson will speak out as part of a statewide tour of events by Wisconsin Democrats to highlight Republican obstruction and inaction on critical priorities, including obstructing funding for clean water and opioid treatment, closure of UW Platteville’s Richland campus, and undercutting new statewide reading curricula. As part of this statewide tour, Wisconsin Democrats will rally in Green Bay, Eau Claire, Madison and Milwaukee.
