MADISON - Today, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin announced that they would be resuming abortion services on Monday, September 18 at both the Water Street Health Center in Milwaukee and the Madison East Health Center. This decision is pursuant to Judge Diane Schlipper’s ruling back in July which included language that stated, "There is no such thing as an '1849 Abortion Ban' in Wisconsin. A physician who performs a consensual medical abortion commits a crime only 'after the fetus or unborn child reaches viability.”
