jennifer-dorow-judge-waukeshaMADISON, Wis. — Today, new reporting from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel revealed how Jennifer Dorow allowed a defendant convicted of a fifth-offense OWI off with no jail time contrary to state law. In a Wisconsin Court of Appeals ruling released earlier this month, Dorow’s sentence in the case was ruled “unlawful”, finding that Dorow had imposed a lighter sentence of probation despite state law requiring jail time of a year or more.
