MADISON - The Democratic Party of Wisconsin's Chair Martha Laning commented Tuesday on Gov. Scott Walker's signing of his $200 million "reinsurance" plan.

martha-laning"Today Gov. Scott Walker is trumpeting his election year attempt to disguise just how utterly damaging his years of fighting the Affordable Care Act have been and the toll Republican sabotage on health care has taken on Wisconsin families," said DPW Chair Martha Laning. "If Republicans and Gov. Walker had simply gotten on board with repeated Democratic proposals to expand Badgercare and ensure everyone had access to health care, we would all be better off. Anyone who values health care will be voting for Democratic representation this year."
