MADISON – Advocates join Sen. Larson and Representative Sinicki to introduce the “Drunk Driving Prevention Act” that calls for strengthening our state's drunk driving laws.

chris_larsonAs we all travel and enjoy this holiday season, it's important to remember that this is also the season of roads being more dangerous due to drunk driving.

Drunk driving accounts for 32% of all traffic fatalities in the state of Wisconsin. We must work towards reducing that rate and increasing public safety on our roads. Our neighbors have voiced their strong concerns against drunk driving and have called on legislators to move forward with a solution. Join us for a press conference to reintroduce the “Drunk Driving Prevention Act.” A vehicle equipped with an IID will be present at the press conference for demonstration.

Representative Christine Sinicki
Representative Jonathan Brostoff
Thomas Dietrich, St. Francis Police Chief
