GREEN BAY - Hiring St John's Homeless Shelter Case Managers- Full Time and Part Time

St. John's Homeless Shelter, a seasonal emergency homeless shelter for adults is hiring both a Full Time Case Manager and a Part Time, Seasonal Case Manager. Job responsibilities would be the same for both positions.

Duties require individual initiative to research and recognize guests' needs and problems, and respond to appropriately with minimal supervision.

Duties include:

• REEN BAY - Plan and implement workshops
• Carry a case load and meet with guests to address goals and barriers
• Accurately record data and enter guest information into records, reports, and WISP
• Adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Rapid Rehousing program.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Human Service field with appropriate job experience.
