Court Appointed Special Advocates - CASA - of Brown County is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing volunteer advocates for children who are the subject of a protective court order as a result of abuse or neglect. Volunteers provide close, consistent contact with children, seeking to assure them a safe, permanent home and hope for a better future.
