A written transcript of the address is below:

"Hi, I’m State Senator Jon Erpenbach. With the State Senate scheduled to meet only two or three times this fall, my Senate Democratic colleagues and I have put forward our Badger Blueprint agenda to grow Wisconsin’s economy and restore a sense of optimism across our state.

"We believe Wisconsin can do better if we build an economy that works for everyone in our state. We believe that our public schools, UW campuses and transportation infrastructure are important economic engines that create jobs and boost family wages.

"That is why we are committed to listening to the people throughout Wisconsin and advancing solutions to improve the lives of hardworking families in every community across our state. Many of these proposals should have bipartisan support and we are hopeful that the majority party will work with us to address the challenges facing our state. Our state always does better when politicians take the time to work together.

"By focusing on policies that encourage growth, drive innovation and increase opportunity, we can build an economy that works for every Wisconsinite and strengthens communities across our state. I encourage you to learn more and make your voice heard by visiting wibadgerblueprint.com."
