GREEN BAY - Murphy Marketing Research, on behalf of Lutheran Social Services, is conducting a research study and would like to better understand the process people go through when making long term care decisions for a cognitively disabled person over the age of 17 or themselves if they are physically disabled.

Subjects must be eligible for Title 19/Medicaid.  Murphy Marketing would like to interview the person who makes the decisions.   Please note, Murphy Marketing will not be doing any marketing or sales nor will we delve into the personal services needed.  We simply want to better understand the long term care decision making process and the best way to do this is to talk to people that have gone through the process!

Murphy Marketing will compensate anyone who participates in our study $100 in appreciation of their time and their opinions.
