seniorsGREEN BAY - Brown County Human Services Department is looking for “mature” volunteers to become mentors to the parents of children involved with Child Protective Services (CPS) in the Parent PALS Program. The Parent PALS Program mentors provide long term support to inexperienced or overwhelmed parents.

Volunteers can choose their case and will see the assigned family two or more times per month in the home and in the community. Orientation, training, and case management services will be provided. Volunteers will also have support through volunteer group “share meetings” guided by the social worker. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Applicants must complete a written application and consent to a background check. For more information contact Glen Tilot at 920-448-6023 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
