GREEN BAY - Howe Community Resource Center is looking for volunteers for their annual Frost Fest event!  The event will be held on Saturday, January 24th from 1-3 PM at Howe School and the Howe Resource Center.  Frost Fest is a FREE community event that provides activities, games, raffles, cookies and fun for the whole family.

Volunteers are needed to set up/run activities and games.
