teachingGREEN BAY - Family Services is recruiting an Education Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor to become a part of an Integrated Service Team that meets the unique needs of children placed in our live-in Residential Treatment Program. Children served in our program usually range in age from 13 to 21 and are experiencing behavioral and emotional problems.

Education Coordinator: Responsibilities include a combination of direct instruction and administrative duties. Specifically, classroom instruction, oversight of academic programming and curriculum and serve as a liaison with community schools. In addition, this position is responsible to complete educational assessments & monitor outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and/or is certified or eligible for certification as a Special Education Teacher - Emotional Disturbance. Clinical Supervisor: Responsibilities include the direct management of program Therapists and Care Coordinators as well as the provision of administrative and quality assurance components pertaining to clinical services.  This includes timeliness and accuracy of documentation and monitoring of the therapeutic experience of clients from admission to discharge. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide direct services and maintain a limited caseload. This position will manage our clinical on-call system as well as fulfilling on-call duties on a rotating basis.   The position requires a Masters Degree in Psychology or related field and a minimum of five years’ experience, preferably working with adolescents. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required. Applicants must have professional licensure in the State of Wisconsin and be eligible for third party reimbursement.
